My worlds in words // Brand design
Writing short stories is Stavroula’s Sanida (Mental health) central methodology which augments the application of the FAP rules. Her clients and trainees become her Muses and the inspiration she gains has multiple functions: it is a vehicle for strengthening the therapeutic/supervisory relationship, for preventing burnout and for reinforcing people’s uniqueness. She has presented story writing in conferences and I has led relevant workshops.
“My worlds in words” is a space where creative writing interacts with self-awareness. She believes in the powerful impact of story writing in the psychotherapy process. She offers prompts to strengthen your inspiration, in order to re-frame your private worlds through words. She then reinforce you to transform your words into meaningful action.
“My worlds in words” is a place filled with inspiration appropriate for people who want to explore their inner worlds through writing. Online customized therapy sessions and the Storyteller Postcards Box are offered as tools to shape the artist and therapist within.
